Role Overview

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities, committed to enriching lives through choice, dignity and respect – guiding principles underpinning our vision “Your Life, Your Choice” and strategy “Best Lives Possible”. We are looking for dedicated Support Workers for our Fraserburgh service to help vulnerable adults live independently and enjoy activities such as bowling, visiting family, attending concerts, going to the pub or café and more.

Training, protective equipment and ongoing support will be provided. You may work full‑time or part‑time, with shift patterns normally 9 am–9 am (sleep‑over) or 11 am–5 pm, Monday‑Sunday including weekend work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person‑centred support to ensure clients live as independently as possible.
  • Assist with medication administration and attend appointments.
  • Help manage clients’ homes, finances and personal care.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in recreational activities and social visits.
  • Communicate effectively, showing genuine interest in clients’ hobbies and lives.
  • Build trustworthy relationships that respect clients’ homes and personal boundaries.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and organisational policies.
Compensation

£13.01 per hour (plus the benefits above).
