£45,000 - £48,000 + (OTE £60,000) + 30 days holiday + Benefits

Are you a Workshop Supervisor or similar from a Oil, Gas, Subsea or Barrel Working Machinery background looking for a Monday to Friday position with a 3:00 pm finish on Friday? Do you want to work for a long standing, well established manufacturing business who can give you a comfortable career within a family feel environment, where you can boost your earning through optional overtime?

On offer is the chance to join an engineering company who have been designing and manufacturing innovative hydraulic solutions since the 1950s. These solutions are specifically developed for the needs of a variety of distinctive industry sectors, including oil and gas, subsea, heavy industry, industrial process and barrel working machinery. In this role you will be managing the daily operations including, ensuring tasks are completed on time, organising shifts, training staff and ensuring employees safety across the company.

This role would suit someone from a similar background, living in Aberdeen looking for a comfortable long term position.

• Keeping track of parts ensuring all components are stocked and ready for upcoming and ongoing projects
• Enforcing safety across the company, making sure all employees are working in a safe environment
• Making sure deadlines are met effectively and on time
• Schedules routine care and checks for heavy machinery

• Commutable to Aberdeen
• Workshop Supervision background (or similar)
