We’re looking for dedicated and hands-on individuals to join us as Production Operatives at our Young’s Seafood facility in Fraserburgh. This is your opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s leading seafood producers- where passion for food, teamwork, and quality drive everything we do.

Whether working with fresh salmon in our high-care area or preparing delicious deli products, you’ll help ensure our premium seafood reaches supermarket shelves across the UK. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to grow within a fast-moving, values-driven business that puts people first.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm

Pay: £12.90 per hour

• Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain quality and efficiency
• Follow standardised recipes and schedules to meet daily output targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety and product standards
• Support your team in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Uphold all health and safety protocols

• Practical and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Team players with strong communication skills
• Able to follow instructions accurately
• Flexible and keen to grow within the role
• Mechanically minded (an advantage, not a must)
