We’re looking for dedicated and hands‑on individuals to join us as Production Operatives at our Young’s Seafood facility in Fraserburgh. Hours:

Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm, working 4 days per week with one fixed weekday off.

Pay: £12.90 per hour

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain quality and efficiency
• Follow standardised recipes and schedules to meet daily output targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety and product standards
• Support your team in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Uphold all health and safety protocols

• Practical and detail‑oriented, with a focus on quality
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Team players with strong communication skills
• Able to follow instructions accurately
• Flexible and keen to grow within the role
• Mechanically minded (an advantage, not a must)
