Retail Supervisor – Part Time Job Summary

Hours:

• Support the manager as part of the management team to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries processed quickly and shop routines completed to maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the retail assistants team.
• Take responsibility for control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

• Some experience as supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries preferred but not required.
