Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat hat eine Ausbildung als Maurer, Zimmermann oder Hochbauzeichner und besitzt zudem eine Weiterbildung zum eidg. dipl. Bauleiter. Ein starkes Organisationstalent und Verhandlungsgeschick sind ebenfalls erwünscht.
