The City of Cleveland is seeking a Residential Plan Examiner to review residential construction documents for one-, two-, and three-family dwellings to ensure compliance with the Cleveland Housing Code, the Cleveland Zoning Code, and the Ohio Residential Code.
Under supervision, this position handles plan examinations, coordinates with building officials, and must hold OBBS certifications (Residential Plan Examiner Trainee/Interim/Residential) and a valid Ohio driver’s license.
