Zur Rose Suisse AG in Frauenfeld sucht einen engagierten Mitarbeiter im Bereich Kundenservice. Du wirst für die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Telefon und Live Chat verantwortlich sein und dafür sorgen, dass alle Anliegen zeitnah und professionell bearbeitet werden.
Wichtig sind eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung. Gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie Französisch (B2) oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil. Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen Team, das Innovation und Effizienz im Gesundheitswesen vorantreibt.
