yellowshark AG sucht eine/n Customer Service Specialist (m/w) in der Schweiz/Thurgau. Sie betreuen telefonisch und schriftlich Kunden in Deutsch und Französisch, übernehmen die komplette Auftragsabwicklung und verantworten die Weiterentwicklung des Kundenstamms.
Zudem erledigen Sie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und das Reklamationsmanagement. Gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, mehrjährige Inside-Sales-Erfahrung sowie eine eigenverantwortliche, präzise Arbeitsweise sind Voraussetzung;
