Zur Rose Suisse AG in Frauenfeld sucht eine engagierte Kundendienstmitarbeiterin bzw.
-mitarbeiter in Vollzeit. Sie betreuen Kunden per E-Mail, Telefon und Live Chat, bearbeiten Reklamationen professionell und erfassen Nachbestellungen sowie Stammdatenänderungen.
Sie koordinieren Kühlwarenbestellungen, führen allgemeine administrative Aufgaben aus und arbeiten dabei eng mit Ärzten und Patienten zusammen. Gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse (B2) sind wünschenswert;
Italienisch von Vorteil.
