Für ein Architekturbüro mit Fokus auf Bestand, Umbau und Wiederverwendung von Bauteilen suchen wir eine Zeichnerin / einen Zeichner Fachrichtung Architektur 80 - 100 %.
Sie arbeiten im Team an Projekten von der Phase Bauprojekt bis in die Ausführung. Zentral sind Ausführungsplanung, ArchiCAD und der sorgfältige Umgang mit bestehender Bausubstanz.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Ausführungsplanung und Detailpläne in ArchiCAD
- Bearbeitung von Projekten in den Phasen Bauprojekt bis Ausführung
- Pläne am Bestand, Nachführen und präzises Konstruieren
- Mitwirkung bei der Wiederverwendung von Bauteilen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architekt/innen und Bauleitung im Team
Ihr Profil
- Zeichner/in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Ausführungsplanung
- Sichere ArchiCAD-Kenntnisse
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Bestand und an der Wiederverwendung von Bauteilen
- Selbständige, genaue Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- Deutsch
