Ein modernes Krankenhaus in der Schweiz sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Diabetesfachberater/in (50-80%) ab dem 1. Juni 2026. Die Verantwortung umfasst die individuelle Schulung und Betreuung von Patienten mit Diabetes im ambulanten und stationären Bereich, insbesondere bei CGM- und Insulinpumpentherapien. Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Fachabteilungen zusammen und genießen ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit.
