General Manager, Rockies Region

Position Overview

We are expanding into the Rockies Region and looking for a General Manager! The idea candidate will have a proven track record of NDT growth, client relationships, and pipeline experience.

The main duties include:

• Oversee regional operations as a whole; this includes the Rockies region and the pipeline integrity and new construction markets.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and drive growth.
• Formulate the annual business plan and budget and monitor adherence.
• Responsible for developing and achieving fiscal budgets.
• Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business objectives.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Vice President and executive team.
• Monitor and approve all expenditures for the region.

Pay range for this job level is $130 - 180K and is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

This job is anticipated to close on December 31, 2025.

• 8+ years of managing an NDT operations in the rockies region of the US.
• 5+ years of NDT experience to be able to understand techniques and methods as needed in client meetings and business development.
• Experience in the Pipeline Integrity and New Construction markets, preferred.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
