Overview
Stapp Interstate Toyota is a family owned and operated business that has been in business for 50 years and has been earning relationships that last generations. We are in need of adding a full-time Customer Care Team Member to our growing team!
Qualifications- Has a positive presence and friendly attitude
- Is motivated to learn new skills
- Be willing to file when needed
- Willing to listen to our customers
- Basic PC and Microsoft windows experience required
- Wants to have advancement in their career
- Must have a good phone voice and enjoy lots of customer/employee interaction
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- A background in customer relations / receptionist experience is helpful but not required as training will be provided to the right person
- Answering phones using a multi-line phone system
- Making appointments
- Filing
- Making outbound phone calls
- Greeting customers when they walk in the dealership
- Working with our service and sales department to ensure that our customers are satisfied
We are offering a full-time position with the ability to have health, vision and dental, and life insurance, accident/disability insurance, paid vacation, 6 paid holidays and a great place to work and grow, as well as a company matched retirement plan. This position has an aggressive bonus plan that is paid monthly, with ample opportunity for growth along with an hourly wage of $16.00 to start.

$28,800 - $34,500 Yearly Income
The schedule includes working all Saturdays with Sunday and one additional day off in the week.
