Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, CO is looking for an experienced
Collision Repair General Manager who knows the business inside and out.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR- Drive production, profitability, and overall shop performance
- Manage KPIs, cycle time, touch time, gross profit, and expenses
- Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts, and office staff
- Recruit, develop, and hold employees accountable
- Maintain strong insurance and DRP relationships
- Deliver quality repairs and exceptional customer service
- Strong financial and operational knowledge
- Ability to lead teams and improve performance
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and KPIs
- Valid driver's license
- I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
$90,000–$110,000 Base + Bonus & Commission
