Position SummaryThe Executive Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO and other members of the Executive Team. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Daily responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars and supporting a variety of executive‑level projects. The Executive Assistant will communicate regularly with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as external stakeholders, including the Chairman of the Board and members of the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented and able to pivot to changing priorities.
Primary Duties- Perform office and administrative duties to assist the CEO and other executives, such as managing calendars, organizing Power Points and arranging travel.
- Arrange off‑site and on‑site executive team meetings and board meetings.
- Attend meetings, take notes and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
- Draft professional email correspondence, memos, follow‑ups and announcements.
- Edit documents, compile data and information in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Create reports and summaries for quick executive review.
- Manage executive expense reports, ensuring accurate coding, timely submission and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
A2LA may provide exceptions to educational requirements for veterans who demonstrate the ability to perform the duties listed in this posting.
- 5+ years working as an executive assistant to the highest level of management.
- Attention to detail, commitment and follow‑through while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience coordinating complex travel.
- High School Diploma.
The salary for this position is commensurate with experience. Our range for the role is $65,000–$90,000. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; sit for long hours, use fingers for typing; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision for reviewing documents on the computer or in hardcopy. - Work Environment

Work is typically performed in an office setting. Hours are flexible, but they should normally encompass at least the core hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, total at least forty (40) hours per week, and suit the needs of various training clients where appropriate.
