Position: Workers' Compensation Paralegal

Our highly reputable and fast-paced workers’ compensation and personal injury law firm is currently seeking a full-time experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our team immediately. This position is based in our Frederick office and offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development. Experience in a similar position is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys and providing exceptional support to our clients. Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system
  • Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained
  • Client Communications
  • Requesting and organizing supporting documentation
  • Filing necessary forms and documents with the MD Workers’ Compensation Commission
  • Prepare cases for hearings

Requirements

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
