Pay: $65,000–$75,000 annually (no flexibility)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 5 days onsite (no remote flexibility)

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and an Asset Management team. This is a hands‑on, in‑office role focused on keeping the office running efficiently while providing administrative support across departments and multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to a team of professionals
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room and virtual meeting logistics
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office organization, including kitchen and common areas
- Arrange domestic and occasional international travel and prepare expense reports
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate document execution and approvals using electronic signature tools
- Maintain and update internal databases with property and contact information
- Route invoices and documentation to appropriate internal and external stakeholders
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and reporting projects
- Obtain Notary Public certification and serve as the office notary (fees paid by employer)
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (required)
- 3–5+ years of experience in high-volume administrative support
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience preparing expense reports and supporting multiple individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated
- Comfortable working with teams across multiple time zones
- Real estate or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
