Public Lab is seeking a Kits Fulfillment Coordinator to support the Kits Initiative by coordinating sales, packaging, and distribution through the online store. You will manage Shopify listings, process orders, assemble kits, and handle inventory and invoicing for bulk and institutional orders.
You will work with teammates across channels to ensure timely fulfillment and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors, while following our Code of Conduct and nonprofit policies.
