NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tires Family. We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Frederick, MD area.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, ensure timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and safe team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. They communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information on repairs, ensure satisfaction and strive to meet expectations.

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, candidates must: be at least 18 years old; be legally authorized to work in the United States; and possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
