Diversity & Inclusion Manager

As our newest Diversity & Inclusion Manager, you'll help set the standard for quality across everything we do. This is $116,000 - $164,000 for 8 years of Interpersonal Skills, a contract schedule, and a manager stake in where Growth Strategy Consultants heads next.

• Defend the Stakeholder Management fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
• Coach newer manager teammates through their first messy general project
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Hold Annapolis vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Spot where Process Improvement breaks before it shows up in a dashboard

• Calm under the ego-light chaos a manager role tends to generate
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before
• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
• Willingness to relocate to Annapolis, MD, or to make remote work
• Practical Empathy skills sharpened in a contract setting
