The RoleWe are hiring a Safety Manager for a 12-month project. This position will oversee all EHS functions on site, working independently to support safe operations across all trades.
Responsibilities- Manage site safety independently and act as Liberty’s on-site safety authority.
- Conduct regular inspections, training sessions, and audits.
- Review subcontractor safety plans and verify compliance.
- Lead pre-construction safety meetings.
- Maintain safety documentation and ensure timely reporting.
- Support project leadership in fostering a strong safety culture.
- 5-10 years of construction safety experience.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or Construction Management preferred.
- Self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage all safety aspects without daily oversight.
