Construction Coordinator

Job at a Glance: Hybrid role working partially in office, partially in the field, covering the area surrounding the office location.

Office Location: 442 West Patrick Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701, United States

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7-4pm EST

Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Duration of Contract: Long-term contract with extension/conversion possibility

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track project milestones, create and issue jobs within the tracking software, and oversee full lifecycle updates.
• Liaise with internal cross-functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales to serve as the primary contact.
• Create, approve, and manage funding requests and purchase orders related to job estimates and materials.
• Conduct quality control workflow management, validate field quality, and ensure milestones such as permit closures and final invoices are completed.

Required Skills:

• Previous fiber/telecom/osp construction experience.
• Strong organization and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with milestone management software such as JT/Polaris or Salesforce.
