We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Demolition Superintendent to lead and manage our concrete cutting and coring operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for precision demolition work.

• Operate a full range of concrete cutting equipment, including SOG electric and diesel saws, wall saws, coring rigs, wire saws, and other specialized demolition tools.
• Meet with clients to assess project needs and provide detailed cost estimates.
• Manage and schedule small demolition crews to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of all cutting equipment and accessories.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to align manpower and project schedules.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

• 7–10+ years of direct experience in concrete cutting and coring.
• Proven ability to operate a wide range of concrete demolition equipment.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Experience in estimating and project planning.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• OSHA 30 Certification – Preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy‑duty vehicles – Preferred.
• Experience with digital estimating tools or project management software – Preferred.
