Residential Construction Punch​/Warranty Technician

We are currently looking for a skilled residential construction punch out person to add to our warranty division.

Responsibilities:

• Perform or manage necessary repairs for our Home Owners within the first year or their purchase
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of residential construction, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes.
• Must be up to date with current technological methods of communication, including email and text messaging – Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required
• Job requires the ability to work with tools, lumber, and materials. Manage multiple contractors and scheduling. Ability to lift and manipulate objects is required.
• Must have valid driver’s license
