We are seeking an experienced construction professional with strong leadership and organizational skills to lead the on‑site execution of our luxury custom home projects. • Oversee daily on‑site construction activities for custom home projects.
• Ensure all work meets architectural plans, specifications, and luxury construction standards.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe, organized job site.
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact for architects, designers, and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth building process.
• Track project progress, manage schedules, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Oversee final walkthroughs and punch list completion before project handover.

• 5 to 7+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in custom home building.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and high‑end finishing details.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
• Experience in scheduling and managing subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in construction project management software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
