Project Superintendent – Data Center Construction

We engineer and deliver building automation, electrical power monitoring (EPMS), PLC and SCADA systems for hyperscale and colocation facilities where uptime is everything. • $90-130k base depending on experience + bonus incentives

You'll lead the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site, keeping it safe, high-quality, and code-compliant while managing schedule and budget. You'll check electrical contractors' terminations, cabling, and conduit for quality and accuracy, attend daily site meetings with the GC, electrical contractor, and equipment vendors (UPS, batteries, switch gear), and support commissioning by reviewing scripts and tracking issues to closure.

• 3+ years of construction superintendent experience
• Construction leadership in electrical, controls, or low-voltage settings
• Experience overseeing data center (preferred) or other mission-critical construction projects
• OSHA 30
• Commissioning experience

• Field experience within the BAS/BMS, SCADA, EPMS, or PLC controls space
• Controls or EPMS installation background
