The Video Department Manager is responsible for designing the Video Systems utilizing the most effective video equipment for every event. Their duties include but are not limited to:

• Liase with Account Management team to assist in proposal development
• Manage Showcall Video Engineers to ensure accuracy of equipment configuration prior to deployment
• Ideate and execute on operation and design concepts that create efficiencies and improve reliability of the services delivered
• Ensure all show related information is communicated clearly and efficiently to any internal and external staff

• A minimum of 5 years of video experience as it pertains to events
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred
• Must be able to work in our Frederick, MD office
• Expert level ability to design video workflows specific to client needs
• Have an aptitude for working in a software driven inventory and project management system
• Works well independently, as well as in a group setting
• Exhibits strong professional and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with quality and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Forward thinker that sees the big picture while maintaining day to day operations
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
