Customer Service Representative

Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Representative. You will have evenings and weekends free while earning a competitive wage of $15.00–$20.00 per hour plus excellent benefits, including 50% pay for health insurance, a 2% healthcare match, 2 weeks paid vacation (increasing to 4 weeks), a 401(k) match, paid holidays and quarterly company events.

As the voice of the company, you are the first point of contact, providing superb customer service by phone and on computer‑based platforms. You schedule appointments, handle billing and service inquiries, and make outbound calls to confirm and survey appointments, all while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

This full‑time position typically works Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
