Music & Arts – Customer Service Representative – Frederick, MD / Remote (must be within driving distance of the Support Center).

Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls from individual customers, retail stores, affiliates, and web purchases.
- Assist with rental account queries, tuition, payoff quotes, rental credit, and related issues.
- Triage calls to determine appropriate routing.
- Follow scheduled shifts and participate in overtime as needed.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, welcoming attitude as a MAC ambassador.
- Study and master training and promotional materials.
- Resolve customer problems in a timely manner through research or support tickets.
- Present suggestive selling opportunities on eligible calls to promote sales and services.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years of office experience.
- Call center or multi‑phone line experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word; intermediate Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills.
- Organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Reliable attendance; willingness to work seasonal overtime.
- Ability to self‑direct remotely and maintain professional conduct.

Pay Rate$16.50/hr plus commission based on location, background, and experience.
