Position SummaryThe facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Inpatient Neurologist to join its hospital-based neurology team in Frederick, MD.
This full-time, permanent opportunity provides an excellent balance of clinical autonomy and team collaboration within a supportive, patient-focused hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in inpatient neurology and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Essential Position ResponsibilitiesPerform neurological evaluations and consultations for hospitalized patients.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute neurological conditions, including stroke, seizure, and movement disorders.
Collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Interpret neuroimaging and diagnostic studies as clinically indicated.
Participate in daily rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Maintain detailed and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
Contribute to hospital quality improvement and continuing education initiatives.
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology; eligible for Maryland medical licensure.
Experience: Prior inpatient or hospital-based neurology experience preferred; strong new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent diagnostic judgment, communication, and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary environment.
