Position Summary:

This position assists with the strategic operations within all areas of the Athletic Department. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community OR ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.

• Assist Facilities & Equipment Supervisor to ensure a safe and clean workout environment through constant circulation of the Athletics Center facilities.
• Assist with overseeing use of the Weight Room and Gymnasium.
• Assist in identifying participant exercise risk and concern.
• Clean and sanitize Weight Room equipment.
• Provide appropriate set‑up of gymnasium equipment to include volleyball and basketball.
• Assist with game day duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED
• Current FCC student
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and ascend and descend stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with people across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races.

• One year of experience working in an athletics environment.
