AdjunctJob Description Position Summary
Frederick Community College (FCC) is seeking dynamic and knowledgeable adjunct instructors to teach Principles and Practices of Real Estate in Maryland. This course prepares students to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Salesperson licensing exam and covers core concepts of real estate law, finance, brokerage, ethics, and agency relationships. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in Maryland real estate, a commitment to student success, and the ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
This position is part-time and requires availability for hybrid Saturday sessions and evening classes during the week, with a combination of in-person and online instruction.
