Position Summary:The Learning Assistant II:
Academic Testing Proctor supports the daily activities and strategic operations of the Testing Center by proctoring placement, course exams, and other internal and external assessments. Proctors provide high-quality customer service and play a key role in upholding exam integrity by working effectively within a diverse community of students, faculty, staff, visitors, and members of the greater Frederick community. Responsibilities include providing ongoing support to Testing Center leadership and staff by accomplishing tasks associated with daily operations of the Testing Center.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Two (2) years of work experience
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or some college experience
- Customer service work experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting IT skills and experience using workplace technologies
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Weekday morning, mid-day, evening and Saturday morning shifts available
