Join ETI Precision as a Field Calibration Technician - Level I in our growing team. The position involves testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting a variety of test and measurement instruments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and conformance to industry and customer standards.
Responsibilities- Plan the sequence of testing and calibration procedures.
- Calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot problems with customers’ equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pressure, torque, environmental, and dimensional instrumentation.
- Create, update, and maintain data sheets for test equipment.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and equipment databases.
- Manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive the timely turnaround of equipment.
Travel to customer sites throughout the United States is required for up to one week at a time.
Qualifications- At least two years of experience in a related field; electronic technician experience strongly preferred. Experience with electrical, electronic, or mechanical calibration, or military PMEL, METCAL, or TMDE training is preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic principles, familiarity with diagrams, schematics, engineering data, and test equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background security check.
