You will develop HVAC designs, load calculations, and BIM-enabled documentation using AutoCAD, collaborating with design, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure code compliance and on-time project delivery. The role requires 6+ years in HVAC or related fields, proficiency in AutoCAD and Wright soft, and experience with Manual J/S/D calculations.
This is a strong position to take on the Residential HVAC Systems Architect (BIM & Codes) role at International Executive Service Corps.
