Site​/Civil Senior PM​/Team Leader

An established multidisciplinary Civil engineering firm is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead land development projects, manage client relationships, and mentor engineers and designers. Candidates from across the United States are welcome to apply.

• Manage residential, commercial, and mixed use land development projects from planning through completion.
• Lead project teams, coordinate workloads, and mentor engineers and designers.
• Provide technical direction and review site plans, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility designs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, profitability, and invoicing.
• Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates, while supporting client development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• At least eight years of progressive civil engineering and land development design experience.
• Demonstrated staff supervision, mentoring, and project management experience.
• Strong technical design and plan review skills, along with effective communication, delegation, and client management.
• Suburban Maryland experience preferred. Familiarity with Prince George’s County approval processes is a plus.
