Frederick, MD. Hybrid work schedule (ideal 1–2 days at office per week). Full‑time or part‑time negotiable.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000, depending on experience.

Financial Analyst – Japanese Bilingual

• Bookkeeping for the holdings company.
• Input monthly and consolidated financial statements of the group companies (3 companies) into the reporting package for the head office in Japan.
• Receipt and payment of invoices for office lease fees and other expenses, including approval process.
• Issuance and collection of invoices.
• Management of billing‑related information.
• General affairs duties: purchasing office supplies, handling temporary issues with printers and PCs, receiving mail, liaising with management company, purchasing furniture, office design and environmental maintenance.
• Arranging personal items for new expatriates.
• Booking transportation, accommodations, and restaurants for internal visitors.

• Native‑level Japanese proficiency; must be able to prepare reports in Japanese.
• Professional experience in accounting or financial analysis (DOE).
