As a Branch Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You'll also perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

• Be friendly and engaging and connect with customers. Help with technology challenges, casual conversation, or demonstrating services and products we offer.
• Help determine personal and business financial needs to reduce customer financial anxiety and pull in experts as needed to guide customers to their financial destination.
• Ensure compliance with all audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.
• Support customers in all branch areas, from cash handling and service needs to rotating throughout the branch based on customer needs.
• Contribute to an improved retail customer experience with fewer handoffs; position each Ambassador as an expert.
• Be naturally curious and eager to learn;
  Capital One products, services and experiences will be taught to help guide customers toward their financial goals.
• Be digitally savvy, demonstrating how to navigate mobile and online experiences using the branch laptops and iPads; educate customers on other banking channels and products/services.
• Work collaboratively as part of an energized team of banking professionals and inspire teammates.
• Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement by leveraging tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Be able to travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market you are assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

• Associate s degree
• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate s offer letter.
