Guide people to confident financial decisions, with no products to sell and no book of business to build. As a remote CFP® professional at Financial Finesse, you’ll coach employees of leading organizations nationwide and shape the future of AI-enabled, human-centered financial coaching.
What You’ll Do- Coach. Deliver one-on-one sessions, phone coaching, workshops, webcasts, and onsite programs using our proprietary behavior-change methodology. Topics range from cash flow and debt to retirement, tax, equity compensation, estate planning, and employee benefits.
- Build. We’re a growing company, and our planners are among its builders. You’ll develop new curriculum, bring forward ideas for new services, and try new approaches, with room to build the ones that work.
- Publish and speak. Turn data and real-world planning experience into articles, research, and presentations for financial planning and HR audiences.
At Financial Finesse, we believe financial wellness should change lives, not sell products. As the pioneering and leading provider of unbiased workplace financial wellness programs in the country, we combine expert human guidance with innovative technology and AI-enabled tools to help people make confident, informed financial decisions and build lasting financial independence. To reach them, we invented workplace financial wellness, coined the term, and turned unbiased financial coaching into a mainstream employee benefit at no cost to employees.
Today we reach millions of employees worldwide with no product sales and no commissions, just unbiased guidance that reduces financial stress and builds lasting security.
