Surgical First Assistant

Certified Surgical Technician First Assistant with demonstrated ability to meet and sustain the performance expectations for Level I and II Surgical Technician. Assists in the treatment and care of patients in the Operating Room. Patient focused in work. Knowledgeable of the national standards of practice expected of a Certified Surgical Technician. Performs all First Assistant duties under the immediate, direct supervision of the operating surgeon.

High school diploma required.

Certified Surgical Technician First Assist (CSFA) or Certified First Assistant (CFA)

Current CPR certification.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. If position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.

Hourly range: $31.68 - $48.14
