Compensation details: For full-time high-performing Massage Therapists, average total annual compensation ranges from $65,000 to $88,000 depending on individual performance (based on 30 service hours/week). Base rate ranges from $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage with an uncapped commission (approx. $5 to $9 per 50-minute massage). Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, with card tips paid directly to you-through our partner, Tippy.
