Team was founded in 1983 by therapists and continues to be owned and operated by clinicians who understand patient care. This position is a Full-Time PTA to join our team at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, MD. The role offers a sign-on bonus.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday
• Weekend Requirement:
  One weekend day per month
• Holiday Rotation:
  One major and one minor holiday per year

You’ll be part of a large, collaborative rehab team in a fast-paced hospital setting. Clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses with a mix of orthopedic, neurological, and critical care cases. PTAs with at least one year of acute care experience are preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations in acute settings will be considered. This is an opportunity to grow skills in a respected hospital.

• Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTE
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Maryland
• Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
• Patient-focused with excellent customer service
• Experience with documentation utilizing EMR

• Deliver quality physical therapy services according to treatment plans
• Document progress toward identified objectives
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee departmental compliance

• Demonstrate flexibility, time management, and effective communication
