Job Overview: Provide compassionate care to seniors in their own homes.

- Certified Medical Technician (CMT) in the state of Maryland
- Maryland Driver’s License (not provisional or learner’s permit)
- Reliable personal transportation with valid auto insurance in your name
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- CPR certificate
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to successfully pass a Reference Check, Background Check, Motor Vehicle Check, and pre‑employment Drug Screen
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English. Additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to work with clients who have pets or who smoke
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Personal Care Assistance with hygiene needs
- Memory Care
- Care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
- Friendly and compassionate communications
- Take clients to medical appointments and errands
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
