Job Overview
Physical Therapist PT at Stern Consultants (Ultimate Therapy). Full‑time position in a skilled nursing facility providing outstanding individualized care.
We evaluate patients, identify therapeutic needs and create individualized treatment plans. By motivating patients during therapy we help them achieve optimal functional goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle through improvement of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. This are collaborative role with opportunities for continuous development, team decision‑making and a supportive workplace.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine therapeutic needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide hands‑on therapy while motivating patients to achieve functional goals.
- Support patients in improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Active state Physical Therapist PT license required.
