Ahead ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Urbana and nearby parts of Frederick County.
We are a caring, in home ABA team. We want you to do great clinical work without burnout.
What we offer:$90 to $100 an hour
A flexible schedule you help set
Hybrid work, with remote time for parent training, treatment plans, and notes
Strong RBT support, so you can focus on your clients
A small, friendly team that listens
Run assessments and write treatment plans
Supervise and coach RBTs
Train parents and caregivers
Track progress and update goals
Active BCBA certification
Maryland Behavior Analyst license, or able to get one
A heart for kids and families
