Overview
WGS Systems, LLC, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- $48/hour – $68/hour
