The HRIS Assistant duties focus on maintaining data integrity, supporting HR systems and assisting employees and leaders with HRIS related needs
. You will be the bridge between Human Resources, IT, Payroll, and staff
. Your work will help ensure seamless onboarding for new hires and accurate record-keeping for all staff. You will also help with HR compliance processes and periodic auditing of electronic HR files.
- Perform routine HRIS data audits to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly audits and verifications of required employee licenses, certifications, registrations and credentials for positions to ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Perform a monthly review and upload of all orientation documents for new employees.
- Maintain and enter all contractors in HRIS system.
- Be a go-to individual for employees and managers regarding HRIS functionality, employee self-services and system related inquiries.
- Review and monitors employee relation log and scans appropriate documents into HRIS system.
- Computer proficiency and experience with MS products, Excel spreadsheets
- Strong Attention to detail and desire for accuracy
- Ability to work independently with intermittent requests for assistance from various stakeholders
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse population with empathy and care
- Experience in a large healthcare environment is
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- HS Diploma and minimum of three years' experience working with an HRIS
