Your Menu is one of the fastest growing all in one ordering and marketing platforms for restaurants. We power online ordering, menu management, loyalty programs, and full integration with Clover POS. We are expanding our team and looking for a dependable Customer Support Specialist who can support both our restaurant clients and our sales agents.
About the RoleThis position plays a key role in assisting restaurant clients with daily support needs while also serving as a point of contact for our sales team. You will help ensure smooth onboarding, clear communication, and an overall positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Provide phone, chat, and email based support to restaurant clients
- Assist with Clover POS connectivity, device setup, and account adjustments
- Support clients with online ordering setup, menu edits, pricing changes, and general navigation
- Troubleshoot technical issues and pass clear notes to our development team when required
- Serve as the liaison between support and sales agents
- Communicate onboarding status and required documents to sales
- Ensure that every new account is set up correctly before going live
- Create and track support tickets through resolution
- Maintain organized client notes and follow up where needed
- Provide onboarding help and basic training to new clients
- Foster positive communication between merchants and our internal teams
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Experience in customer support or technical support
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar restaurant POS platforms is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both merchants and sales agents
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and staying organized
- Confident on the phone and able to guide clients through technical steps
- Reliable, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment

$40,000 to $60,000 per year depending on experience.
