Lead IT Technician

About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Lead IT Technician to provide on‑site support for client environments across Frederick Maryland. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2+ years of technical support experience who’s ready to take the next step while continuing to grow their skills.
What You’ll Do- Deploy, support, and troubleshoot multi‑factor authentication (MFA) for end users, primarily on mobile devices.
- Work with Microsoft or Cisco Duo (experience preferred) and other MFA solutions.
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for laptops, tablets, and other end‑user technology.
- 1–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience, including MFA deployment at the user level.
- Familiarity with Cisco Duo or similar MFA tools.
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
- Clean driving record and dependable vehicle (required for site visits).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Grow your technical skills while working with a supportive team.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade security tools.
- Opportunity to work directly with end users and make an immediate impact.
$20 - $24 an hour
